Angela Kwan

Web Manager

Angela Kwan joined Consumer Action in late 2005 after having worked in the software development and web site design field for many years.

Kwan is responsible for updating and managing the majority of the content on Consumer Action’s websites. Kwan posts and updates publications in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese. She also conducts testing and quality assurance work for the websites and provides website training to staff members.

Kwan works with management staff and consultants to stay current with new website requirements and to improve website features.

Prior to joining Consumer Action, Kwan worked at Adobe Systems, E*TRADE Group, Inc., and Franklin Templeton Group in web applications, Oracle applications implementation and software development.

Kwan immigrated from Hong Kong, where she worked in the information technology (IT) industry at financial and publishing firms. She earned Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences at De Montfort University in the United Kingdom.
