Consumer Action has three offices—in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Washington, DC. See contact information below. Members of the media, click here.

The DC office does not handle consumer complaints. We are happy to help with your complaint if you call (415) 777-9635 or (213) 624-8327 and leave a message. We ask that you leave a detailed message so that we can research your problem according to the laws of the state you live in. You may also email your complaint.
