Credit Card Project - 2010 Report
Consumer Action partnered with American Express on a project to develop and distribute easy-to-understand consumer education materials about credit cards. Consumer Action trained hundreds of members of its national network of more than 8,000 community based organizations (CBOs) to get these materials into the hands of consumer that need them the most.
