This conference will focus on FHA’s role in creating and retaining homeowners, and stabilizing communities. It will explain, in practical terms, how FHA programs promote public confidence and remain a viable mortgage option for borrowers in today’s evolving mortgage market. Program participants will hear from FHA’s key senior staff and have the opportunity to discuss program changes and other critical policy issues. FHA will share information on initiatives that:

• Streamline procedures.
• Reduce paperwork for lenders and buyers.
• Enhance mortgage products
• Balance FHA mortgage products and requirements with the industry
