Join us for an educational workshop on how to buy a home in San Francisco.  MEDA’s homeownership program will help guide you through the complicated process of buying a home; from improving your finances to closing escrow. Learn how to access first-time homebuyer programs, repair and improve your credit score, develop a long-term financial plan, qualify for a home loan, and connect to real estate professionals. At the end of the workshop we will issue a homebuyer certificate that will be a required to enter into a lottery for a BMR and for applying for special assistance programs such as DALP. All services are free and are offered in English and Spanish.
