If you are thinking about buying a home then NeighborWorks® Rochester can help! Attend our free monthly Homebuyer Orientation to learn about down-payment and closing cost assistance programs, homebuyer education classes and mortgage products that are available to help make the dream of homeownership come true. This is your one-stop shop to learning about what is available to help assist you in buying a house.

This 1 hour orientation takes place every first Monday of the month starting March 5th, 2007.

NeighborWorks® Rochester is a non-profit, Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) with over 28 years experience in revitalizing neighborhoods. All NeighborWorks® Rochester housing counselors are certified in Homeownership Education.
