Rochester one monroe community agenda progress review meeting

In July 2005, Interfaith Action was organized more than 500 people from 70 churches and community organizations to a Candidate Action Meeting, where we presented mayoral candidates with the RochesterOneMonroe Community Agenda. Mayor Duffy signed that agenda and Interfaith Action has been working with his administration to implement it ever since.

A lot has been accomplished that we want to celebrate. And, there is a lot yet to accomplish. You’ll remember that the Candidate Action Meeting was a lively event that engaged candidates and citizens alike. You can expect more of the same this time. At the May 24th meeting, you’ll participate in the launching of a massive community listening campaign – aimed at engaging 1000 families on issues of concern.
