Predatory Lending Relief and Effective Alternatives to Mortgage Foreclosure: Making the Right Moves
Every aspect of default and delinquency will be addressed in this course, including various reasons for default; ways to maximize income and reduce expenses; calculating delinquencies; understanding the players in the mortgage marketplace; loss-mitigation options for FHA-insured and other loans; tips on effectively intervening with lenders and servicers; managing multiple mortgages or loans; and the pros and cons of refinancing.
