Teaching financial literacy to Spanish-speakers

MoneyWi$e goes to Massachusetts
Consumer Action's MoneyWi$e team held the second of its 2005 regional financial literacy trainings in Norwood, Mass., on Nov. 2-3. Chicago Financial Literacy Forum
In early May 2004, Consumer Action and its MoneyWi$e financial literacy partner Capital One held a financial training in Chicago, IL designed to teach local community groups how to talk to their clients about money and financial management. Speakers from the Federal Reserve and the Federal Trade Commission joined guests at the event.

Fall Anniversary Party 2003
Consumer Action (CA) held its anniversary fundraising party and Consumer Excellence Awards ceremony on June 19 in San Francisco. The event raised $34,000 in contributions from corporations, individuals and community organizations.
