I appear in ChexSystem’s database. How can I open a bank account?
If you are on Chex's blacklist, you will remain in their database for 5 years. You have the right to correct any inaccurate information your Chex report contains, but accurate negative info is allowed to remain for 5 years. You have the right to examine your Chex report and dispute any inaccuracies. You can contact ChexSystems at 1-877-382-7226, or request your report here:
