Take this survey on buying electronics

Tuesday, October 26, 2010

Consumer Action has agreed to post a link to a survey about consumer attitudes and experiences when buying electronics. It is being conducted by academic researchers from the Delft University of Technology in Holland with funding from the Dutch government. The survey is completely anonymous and does not collect personal information about respondents.

According to survey author Chajoong Kim, a PhD candidate in the department of Industrial Design at Delft University of Technology, the study aims to increase consumer satisfaction in buying and using electronic products by gaining insights into user differences in demographics, personality, and cultural background.

When the results are final, we will publish them our our website.
