Consumers who own residential property in New York with a mortgage serviced by First Niagara Bank between July 19, 2010 and November 14, 2014 and have paid the loan in full but First Niagara Bank did not present a satisfaction of mortgage to the county clerk within 30 days may be eligible for up to $750.
