Cyber Streetmart
CyberStreetSmart.org is a project of the New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG) to educate consumers about how to protect themselves while conducting online transactions. The Cyber Street Smart project uses subway and bus advertising, research driven media, and grassroots organizing on college campuses to promote a "street smart" approach to online activities and publicize the CyberStreetSmart.org Web site. Cyber Street Smart is a project of the New York Public Interest Research Group Fund with funding from a court-approved settlement of anti-trust claims brought by the Office of the New York State Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.
