California’s Low Cost Automobile Insurance Program (Armenian)
The State of California has developed this program to provide income eligible, good drivers with access to affordable automobile liability insurance. The policies are issued by California licensed insurance companies. California state law provides that a California Low Cost Automobile Insurance policy satisfies financial responsibility laws.

- Ձեր ինքնաշարժի գրանցումը առկախուի
- Ձեր ինքնաշարժ վարելու արտօնագիրը առկախուի
- Ձեր ինքնաշարժը բռնագրաւուի
- Տուգանքի ենթարկուիք
Արդեօ՞ք առանց ապահովագրութեան կը վարէք ձեր ինքնաշարժը: Արդեօ՞ք անկարող էք վճարել ապահովագրութեան գինը:
Քալիֆորնիա Նահանգը մշակած է նոր ծրագիր մը, ըստ որուն պիտի օգնէ եկամուտով անկարող եղող լաւ ինքնաշարժ վարողներուն, որպէսզի տարեկան $400-էն պակաս գինով ինքնաշարժի ապահովագրութիւն ստանան (միայն liability):
Սոյն տեսակի ապահովագրութիւնը կը տրուի Քալիֆորնիա Նահանգին կողմէ արտօնուած ընկերութիւններէ: Քալիֆորնիոյ Մատչելի Ինքնաշարժի Ապահովագրութեան Ծրագիրը (ՔՄԻԱԾ, California Affordable Car Insurance Program) կը բաւարաէ նահանգի ինքնաշարժի ապահովագրութեան պատասխանատուութիւններն ու պահանջները:
ՔՄԻԱԾ-էն կրնաք օգտուիլ, եթէ՝
- Ձեր ինքնաշարժ վարելու անցեալը մաքուր է
- Առնուազն 19 տարեկան էք
- Առնուազն երեք տարիէ ի վեր ինքնաշարժ վարելու արտօնագիր ունիք
- Ձեր վարած ինքնաշարժը $20,000 կամ պակաս կ՛արժէ
- Ըստ ծրագրին եկամուտի իմաստով ատակ էք ու կ՛ամբողջացնէք նահանգի պահանջները (տեսնել՝ կողքի աղիւսակը)
- Կը բնակիք ծրագրին համաձայն ատակ նկատուող գաւառի (Eligible County) մը մէջ (տեսնել՝ գաւառներու աղիւսակը)

- Eligibility is based on the household’s gross annual income which must be 250% or less of the federal poverty level.
- A "Household" is all persons who occupy a housing unit and who are related by blood, marriage, adoption or guardianship (i.e., members of one family). If more than one family is living in the same housing unit, they constitute different families for eligibility purposes even though they reside at the same address.
