15社區學院 可發4年制大學學位

州長布朗簽署SB850法案後，加州社區學院校董會20日公布獲挑選開辦四年制大學學位的15所社區學院名單，其中兩所在舊金山灣區，包括聖他克拉拉縣Foothill學院及聖馬刁縣Skyline學院。
