成立於1971年的社區非牟利機構消費者行動近日舉辦了40周年的慶祝活動，該機構一向以提供全國消費者社區教育及權益代言為服務宗旨。在長達40年的服務里程碑中，不僅為消費者權益爭取了無數成果，並且成為全國消費者最為信賴及最具社區影響力的一個機構。目前消費者行動已將服務範圍拓展至全國，而辦公總部則設立於加州三藩市（San Francisco, CA), 另外於南加州洛杉磯(Los Angeles, CA) 及首都華府 (Washington D.
