One in three multivitamins don’t have nutrients claimed in label

A new review of popular multivitamins found that almost a third did not contain the amount of nutrients claimed in their labels. After testing 60 multivitamins , researchers at ConsumerLab.com discovered that many contained either too much or too little of specific nutrients, according to a report published online today. The good news: some of the best vitamins were also the cheapest
