The lawsuit arises from Conair’s product recall of certain Cuisinart Food Processing Machines on December 13, 2016 due to the riveted blade. Consumers who own a Cuisinart Food Processing Machine that was part of the recall may be eligible for replacement blade. If the consumer does not receive the replacement blade after submitting the request at certain time frames, the consumer may be eligible for $15.
