Alleges Equifax reported inaccurate public record information in the consumers’ credit report in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Individuals who requested a copy of their credit report containing inaccurate information of tax liens, bankruptcy, or civil judgment from Equifax between June 28, 2015 and May 14, 2019 may be eligible to participate in the Mediation Program.
