The settlement resolves litigation alleging that Hello used deceptive marketing practices around their toothpastes containing black activated charcoal, which actually may lead to erosion of tooth enamel. Consumers who have purchased Hello’s oral care products containing activated charcoal may be eligible for a cash payment of up to $30 (without proof of purchase) or up to $60 (with proof).
