InterContinental Hotels Group (“IHG”) agreed to a settlement as a result of a breach of certain payment processers at some IHG hotels, restaurants, and bar locations between August 1, 2016 and December 29, 2016. Consumers who paid with a credit card or debit card at some IHG locations between August 1, 2016 and December 29, 2016 may be eligible for reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses and other extraordinary unreimbursed monetary losses.
