The lawsuit alleges that certain 2013-2015 Nissan Sentra, 2014-2017 Nissan Versa Note, and 2012-2017 Nissan Versa vehicles with continuously variable transmission are defective. Consumers who purchased or leased these models may be eligible for warranty extension and reimbursement for replacement or repair. Former owners with two or more transmission repairs or replacements may be eligible for a $1,000 voucher for a purchase or lease of one new Nissan or Infiniti Vehicle.
