Borrowers who paid fees to RoundPoint when making mortgage payments on residential property by phone or interactive voice response system between January 1, 2016 and May 31, 2021 may be eligible for cash payment. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violation of debt collection laws and breach of loan agreements. Class members will automatically receive payment.
