Consumers who own or lease a residence that contained a Watts Water Heater or FloodSafe Connectors after November 4, 2008 may be eligible for $10 cash per connector (with a maximum of $40). Class members who experience property damage due to failure of the connector may be eligible to receive cash award up to 25% of the property damage expenses. The company reached a settlement of allegations that the Water Heater and FloodSafe Connectors are defective.
