Alleges that certain KitchenAid dishwasher models manufactured by Whirlpool are defective, with the upper dish rack unusable. Consumers who purchased or were gifted with dishwashers that were manufactured between October 1, 2010 and June 14, 2019 and still own the dishwashers with a plastic upper dish rack adjuster may be eligible for one of the following: a free stainless steel replacement upper rack adjuster; or $15 cash; or 30% rebate of a new KitchenAid brand stand mixer; or 10$ rebate of KitchenAid brand blender.
