Defendant: Windsor Window Company; Woodgrain Millwork, Inc.
Alleges that certain Pinnacle and Legend Serieswindows manufactured between January 1, 2000 and January 5, 2018 are defective, allowing water intrusion that subsequently damages the property. Current or former owners of the property with Pinnacle or Legend Series windows installed with water related damages might be eligible for replacement, compensation, and reimbursement for prior repairs.
