Alleges Ocwen and Cross Country Home Services (“CCHS”) sent solicitation checks of $2.50 or $3.50 that looked like refunds issued by Ocwen that when cashed or deposited, enrolled Ocwen mortgage holders into CCHS home warranty and service plans. Current and former Ocwen, GMAC, and Homeward Residential mortgage customers who were Claim deadline is Tuesday, 18 June 2019.

Alleges Ocwen and Cross Country Home Services (“CCHS”) sent solicitation checks of $2.50 or $3.50 that looked like refunds issued by Ocwen that when cashed or deposited, enrolled Ocwen mortgage holders into CCHS home warranty and service plans. Current and former Ocwen, GMAC, and Homeward Residential mortgage customers who were enrolled into CCHS home warranty and service plans after cashing or depositing the solicitation checks and made a payment and never made a claim under the CCHS plan between August 6, 2009 and December 31, 2013 may be eligible for ups of 77% refund of the total amount paid for the CCHS plan.
Claim deadline is Tuesday, 18 June 2019.
