California residents who were at least 29 years old and purchased Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold between March 2, 2015 and March 1, 2019 and were charged a higher rate than younger subscribers may be eligible to choose $25 cash, or 25 additional Super Likes (if one still has a Tinder account), or a free one-month subscription Claim deadline is Wednesday, 17 July 2019.

California residents who were at least 29 years old and purchased Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold between March 2, 2015 and March 1, 2019 and were charged a higher rate than younger subscribers may be eligible to choose $25 cash, or 25 additional Super Likes (if one still has a Tinder account), or a free one-month subscription to Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold (if not already a subscriber when the subscription would be activated). Class members will also receive 50 Super Likes as long as they still have a Tinder account at the time of allotment. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violating California Unruh Civil Rights Act and California Unfair Competition Law.
Claim deadline is Wednesday, 17 July 2019.
