Consumers who purchased certain Welspun products labeled as “Egyptian Cotton” or “Pima Cotton” between January 1, 2012 and July 2, 2019 may be eligible for up to $2.30 per Welspun towels and pillowcases and $9.20 per Welspun cotton products. Class members who do not provide proof of purchase are limited to $10.35 under penalty of perjury. The company reached a settlement over allegations of falsely advertising the products as “Egyptian Cotton” or “Pima Cotton.”
