Individuals who requested a copy of their file disclosure between March 7, 2015 and February 21, 2020 and whose file may have contained a Fraud Record but the file disclosure didn’t Claim deadline is Friday, 20 March 2020.

Individuals who requested a copy of their file disclosure between March 7, 2015 and February 21, 2020 and whose file may have contained a Fraud Record but the file disclosure didn’t use the word Fraud may be eligible for cash payment. Class members will automatically receive payment.

Final Hearing is June 22, 2020.

Claim deadline is Friday, 20 March 2020.

Alleges Transunion reported inaccurate public record information and failed to identify the public records source in the consumers’ credit report in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Individuals who requested a copy of their credit report containing tax liens, bankruptcy, or civil judgment without the identity of the source from Transunion between May 20, 2009 and March 23, 2018 may be eligible for payment of $1,500 or $2,000 in Transunion ADR Program. Individuals who requested a copy of their credit report containing inaccurate information of tax liens, bankruptcy, or civil judgment from Transunion between July 5, 2014 and March 23, 2018 may be eligible for payment of $1,500 or $2,000 in Transunion ADR Program.

Claim deadline is Friday, 20 March 2020.
