Wells Fargo agreed to a $32.5 million settlement over claims that it breached its fiduciary duties under ERISA regarding its employees' retirement savings. Current and former participants who invested in certain funds in their Wells Fargo 401(k) plan since March 13, 2014 may be eligible for payment. Wells Fargo agreed to a $32.5 million settlement over claims that it breached its fiduciary duties under ERISA regarding its employees' retirement savings. Current and former participants who invested in certain funds in their Wells Fargo 401(k) plan since March 13, 2014 may be eligible for payment. Class members will automatically receive payment.
Former participants who want to rollover their payment must submit a claim form by July 21, 2022.
Final Approval Hearing is Aug. 10, 2022.
Claim deadline is Thursday, 21 July 2022.
