Q: I am 28 years old and I contribute 10% of my pretax pay to a Thrift Savings Plan. I recently received information that the plan is shifting to a Roth 401(k) type of program, but there was not much information. Do you know if current funds will automatically be transferred to the Roth TSP that the military is moving to? What fees will be associated with it? What are the pros and cons of the Roth TSP?
