A year after Dao, has anything changed for airline travelers?

In the year since a Kentucky doctor was violently dragged off a United Airlines flight after refusing to give up his seat, the number of passengers bumped from their flights has dropped significantly and airlines have reduced overbooking. Even so, consumer advocates and the lawyer who represented David Dao said they are disappointed by how little has changed in the wake of the incident that drew worldwide condemnation and calls to boycott the airline.
