(本報訊)洛杉磯水電局(LADWP)的預估收費系統和電話客服系統一直廣為詬病,3日清晨,洛杉磯市長賈西提揭曉LADWP所宣稱即將推行的「維護客戶賬單權益」(Customer Bill of Rights)行動,並稱該行動可徹底改變目前狀況,但是不少評論對此持疑。
