數目驚人議員提議案嚴打 紐約滋擾電話4月近3億通

(本報記者)根據紐約州聯邦參議員舒默表示，紐約州的「語音自動電話」（robocall）數字十分驚人，單是4月份之內已有多達2億9300萬通，即平均每秒有112個，每名紐約人於月內接了11通滋擾電話。
