(本報訊)房屋短期出租平台Airbnb截至周二凌晨三藩市的房源只有5500間，比8月份的11,000間大幅下降。為什麼呢？這是源於政府規定1月16日之後，Airbnb和競爭對手HomeAway/VRBO均需遵守法律協議，拒絕沒有向三藩市府登記的屋主出租房屋。
