(本報記者崔林子三藩市報道)美國最高法院上月23日，8名大法官以4比4的僵局裁決，未能通過總統奧巴馬暫緩遣返非法移民的行政令。移民維權團體提醒無證移民申請暫緩遞解項目「DACA 2012」依然有效。
