Arby’s agreed to a settlement as a result of a breach on Arby’s restaurants’ point of sales systems. Consumers who paid with a credit card or debit card or other payment card at certain Arby’s restaurant locations between October 8, 2016 and January 12, 2017 may be eligible for expense reimbursement and identity theft protection services.
