Credit card accountholders whose credit card accounts were charged off by Bank of America and sold to a collection agency on or after January 1, 2008 and were discharged in Chapter 7 bankruptcy before October 1, 2015 may be eligible for payment. Alleges that Bank of America failed to update the information to the credit reporting agencies regarding the credit card accounts.
