The lawsuit alleges that certain 2007-2013 BMW 5X5 (E70) have defective Comfort Access System where the car doors are locked from the outside of the car while the key fob is inside the car. Consumers who purchased or leased these models may be eligible for reimbursement of out-of-pocket costs.
