Anheuser-Busch, the maker of Bud Light Ritas brand products has agreed to pay $6 million to settle allegations that it violated false advertising laws by marketing Ritas as containing certain types of distilled spirits, such as tequila, and/or wine when they do not. Consumers who purchased a Ritas product between Jan. 1, 2018, and July 19, 2022, may be eligible for a cash payment.
