Consumers who conducted credit or debit card transactions and received a receipt that contained the first six digits and the last four digits of the consumer’s credit or debit card between November 10, 2016 and February 4, 2017 at certain Cheesecake Factory stores may be eligible for cash payment. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.
