Choice Health, a healthcare insurance provider, will pay $7 million to resolve allegations that it violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by making unsolicited phone calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. If you received two calls within a 12-month period from Choice Health or Digital Media Solutions (on behalf of Choice Health) at a number you placed on the Do Not Call Registry, you may be eligible for payment.
