Forever 21 agreed to a settlement as a result of a cyber attack on Forever 21’s computer systems. Consumers who conducted credit or debit or other payment card transactions at certain Forever 21 stores while the payment card data at the store was at risk during the class period (dates vary by store) may be eligible for reimbursement of out of pocket expenses and other extraordinary unreimbursed monetary losses.
