Consumers who received a promotional sweepstakes “scratcher” ticket in the mail from A-1 Allergy Relief or Simple Air Solutions and bought a Filter Queen product between September 9, 2009 and January 2, 2018 may be eligible for $300 voucher for HMI Filtration Products or $100 cash payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of deceptively using promotional scratch cards without identifying HMI Filtration Products to gain entry into consumers’ homes to sell products.
