The lawsuit alleges that certain 2016-2016 Sonata Hybrid, 2011-2016 Tuscon, 2012-2016 Sonata, 2012-2016 Veloster, 2013-2016 Santa Fe, 2013-2016 Santa Fe Sport, 2013-2016 Elantra GT, 2012-2016 Azera, and 2015-2016 Genesis vehicles have defective sunroofs. Consumers who purchased or leased these models may be eligible for compensation, reimbursement of out-of-pocket costs and extended warranty.
