Alleges that 2011-2019 Sonata, 2013-2019 Santa Fe Sport, 2014-2015 Tucson and 2018-2019 Tucson Hyundai vehicles equipped with 2.0 and 2.4 liter genuine Theta II gasoline direct injection engines are defective, causing engine seizure, failure, and fire. Consumers who purchased or leased these models may be eligible for warranty extension, reimbursement for past repairs, compensation or rebate.
