Alleges that 2011-2019 Kia Optima, 2012-2019 Kia Sorento, and 2011-2019 Kia Sportage vehicles equipped with 2.0 and 2.4 liter genuine Theta II gasoline direct injection engines are defective, causing engine seizure, failure, and fire. Consumers who purchased or leased these models may be eligible for warranty extension, reimbursement for past repairs, compensation or rebate.
