Consumers who purchased Cottonelle, Scott, Huggies Pull-Ups, Poise and/or Kotex-branded flushable wipes between Feb. 21, 2008, and May 19, 2022, may be entitled to a payment of up to $7 without proof of purchase or up to $50.60 with proof of purchase. The company settled two class action lawsuits alleging that its flushable wipes clog or damage pipes and septic systems.
