Knix Wear (product misrepresentations)
Defendant: Knix Wear Inc.
Knix Wear, the maker of leakproof period underwear and related products, agreed to a $1.4 million settlement to resolve a case alleging that the company made misrepresentations and/or omissions by claiming that the products were 100% free of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (“PFAS”), fluorine and toxic chemicals. If you purchased Knix products between Jan. 1, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2022, you may be eligible for payment.
